Flow Global was founded as an outsourcing solution to enable businesses to hire professional employees from overseas while maintaining and monitoring their production and progress.

Started by Mendy Kahanov, Flow Global is run by a team of passionate business professionals dedicated to the company’s mission.

We are headquartered in Brooklyn, New York with a new office in the Metro Manila area of the Philippines.

Our specialization is support for small and medium enterprises (SME’s) with services ranging from front-end services, such as customer service, to back-end solutions like accounting and administrative work

We weren’t always a turn-to provider of quality outsourcing solutions.

It all started when our founder, Mendy Kahanov, was a controller at a roofing company.

As the company grew, Mendy needed to hire more staff, particularly for administrative work. Searching and hiring through the usual channels, his team dealt with BPO companies who didn’t have transparent processes or they were delivered unqualified staff.

This is how Flow Global’s philosophy came to life.
